A mere glimpse
BEHIND THE LENS
In June 2023, after years of late night study sessions, final exams and a thousand APA citations, I , alongside my long-time partner, graduated from the University of Washington with our MBA’s.
On the day of our graduation, I held my 7-year old daughter’s hand as we walked down the steps of our Alma Mater for the last time and thought— “well… what’s next?”
It never occurred to me that a few short months later, I would find myself falling back in love with the same thing I had spent my entire academic and professional career “running” from — Art. Specifically—telling stories through photos.
It’s true what they say, about doing what you love. I took my first photo on September 25th and haven’t worked a day since.

Purpose
Moments are seldom picture perfect— but perhaps that’s what makes them so memorable
My goal as a photographer is not only to capture stunningly composed photos— but also tidbits of the moments we rarely get to see. Like the stolen glances, hearty laughs and unexpected discoveries we encounter during our sessions.
My hope is that I will be able to capture and create memories with my clients that they can cherish and share for years (and generations) to come.
Promise
My Promise is to capture the true and rich emotions of your big day. To share in your excitement and experience. I vow to honor and regard what you hold sacred and what makes you, you. But above all, I promise to do my best to add value, fun and excitement to your day, and to wear as many hats as I can manage— the planner, the director, the supporter, the shoulder to cry on, the cheerleader, the friend.
